These prints are Hand carved and Hand printed onto cotton canvas using a printmaking press. I also sew each hanger myself.
Oil based ink in custom mixed colours and hand drawn design.
Burnt orange & nettle green. 8 flower repeat pattern.
The narrow/long shape lends itself well to being hung in odd spaces, gaps around doors and window frames or in pairs.
Each hanger comes with a hanging pin.
I recommend tapping a hole with a regular nail first, to make a groove and then pushing the pin in afterwards. Do not hammer the pin straight in, it will bend.
If hanging in an area where there's a breeze, I recommend using a drawing pin tucked inside at the bottom hem/pocket of the print to secure the hanger from swaying.
These are totally hand-made relief prints .. There are imperfections and variations as such.
